The Site is powered by WooCommerce, a leading e-commerce platform. When you make a purchase, WooCommerce facilitates collection of the Personal Information needed to create an account and process your order. We use the Personal Information you provide at checkout, including your name, address and email to fulfill your order.
The Personal Information you provide at checkout is stored in a customer list we can access through WooCommerce. We don’t share it. We may send marketing material to your physical address in the future. You may request that we delete it using the contact information below.
We maintain an email list that you may opt into during a visit to the Site. We may occasionally send news of our products and other related information to this list. We will not share your email address with anyone. This list is stored and managed through Shopify. You may opt out of this mailing list at any time using the link provided in the email you received.
We market with Facebook. To do that effectively, we place Facebook code on the website. The code identifies you to Facebook. You can read more about how Facebook uses your Personal Information HERE.
We market with Google. We also use Google to collect website statistics. To do this effectively, we place Google code on the website. The code identifies you across the Google network. You can read more about how Google uses your information HERE.
We don’t receive any personally identifiable information from Facebook or Google. We do have access to aggregate statistics (e.g. device type, geography, number of pages viewed, etc.). We use this to understand how the Site is used and make improvements.
Everything we describe here is typical to effectively market and sell products like ours online. We are a small, family run business. Our core focus is developing unique, high-quality games and making them available to interested consumers. We are not in the business of Personal Information.
